In terms of scares, I found it a bit weak for most the run-time, so the movie felt a bit flat. However, one scene did completely rock me, and I don't often get scared watching movies.
Jul 11, 2023 · Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) - Felt like a rehash of the original. Similar scares but new setting. I appreciate the slow build of lore and connecting characters and making this series feel like it's building towards something oppose to a pure anthology, though personally I think an anthology series would've served better.

It's never really mind blowing, but it's never not kinda fun either. Mileage may vary depending on how much you enjoy found footage demon/ghost content.
