Set up is good but it kind of side steps for too long in the middle and there’s not really much propulsion so it feels like quite a long 90 minutes. Philip Baker Hall is amazing and Sam Jackson is good as always.

My personal rankings are: There Will Be Blood - 10/10 Punch-Drunk Love - 9.5/10 Boogie Nights - 9.5/10 The Master - 8.5/10 Phantom Thread - 8/10
