May 18, 2014 · May 18, 2014 4:36 PM. Saw Belle a few weeks back and loved it. I'm very glad to see Sam Reid's star in on the rise. I knew him socially in 2010 through my boyfriend at the time. He's a ginger in real life (not dark like in Belle), a smoker, and he's Australian and moved to London to study around the time I met him.

I *loved* that show, more than this one tbh--the flagship example of what HBO/History Channel money & quality can do when put to good use with a good script under capable crewmanship.

Yes, someone (a man) claimed to have had sex with Sam when he was living in London. That being said, a simple google search will reveal that Sam has had a number of girlfriends (most of whom were not actresses) so at the very least he is bisexual.

Aug 22, 2021 · Season 2 just started in Australia. Unfortunately, it's premiering right at the same time that Roku pulled the first season from their platform in the US. Hopefully it finds a new home, though, as I absolutely loved the first season and season 2 seems very promising. And Sam Reid ain't bad to look at either.
Apr 1, 2024 · Sam Reid's Lestat is magnetic. Even in his dead ghost form, you can't take your eyes off him. I had no idea Blake Ritson (Oscar van Rhijn from The Gilded Age) would appear in this season. His wig is looking the least wiggy it's ever looked, good for him.
