Aug 22, 2016 · The typical tone capacitor is .02. So go down to like a .002, you're shaving off less of the mids and more of the high-highs which is where the attack is at. Also, maybe it's a question of technique. Pick the strings higher up toward the neck. Use a felt pick, or use your fingers. I'd say use your fingers as well.

Jul 12, 2008 · The Super Reverb holds its clean sound together at slightly higher volumes, but well restored Bassman can give you a slightly more 'punchy' clean sound. Both are killer sounding amps, and at the end of the day, you just have to rely on your own style and tastes to tell you the answer. C.
Jan 24, 2022 · Record to a grid (a metronome/click track) and be sure your project file is set to the BPM of the song. Once you record your take, you cut it at the beginning of the section and the end of the section, copy it, and paste it. Because you recorded to a metronome your playing should be exactly in time throughout the entirety of the track.
