The plot finally begins as Sonic, Shadow and Amy search for the Emeralds as Sonic eventually becomes more sinister. Tom, Maddie, Tom's dad, Knuckles & Tails try to rescue Sonic as Tails becomes a leader.
Jul 13, 2022 · People love him specifically for the story arc he goes through, every bit of his personality is linked back to his past. If you change his past, you kinda change who he is fundamentally. In Sonic 2, the film seemed to be mostly taking inspiration from the Sonic 3 game, with a bit of lore from Sonic Aventure for Knuckles.
Not looking forward to depressed fat Eggman. Honestly the dynamic only really works if Eggman is super cocky and full of himself while Sonic spits out fat jokes. However If Sonic is skate boarding through New York with “Escape from the City” playing then this movie will truly be as Martin Scorsese put it “Cinema”
So, to summarize what the Sonic Movie 3 trailer showed: Sonic, Tails and Knuckles fighting Shadow. Sonic and Shadow on his motorbike fighting in the air. May 6, 2022 · 2) Sonic the Hedgehog 2 told two concurrent storylines: Sonic's story, which deals with Eggman, Knuckles, Tails, etc., and the Wachowski's story, which saw Tom and Maddie attending Rachel's wedding. The third movie will likely do something similar, with Sonic and co. dealing with Eggman and Shadow's attempts to conquer the planet via the Eclipse Cannon on the ARK.
Like Sonic reading all those comics and watching Western movies, Amy could have done the same with manga and various anime too. Dunno how she joins Sonic and co, but it could possibly involve Sonic visiting Japan for whatever reason, maybe for the green Chaos Emerald or info on its last location with Tails.
Regarding the Sonic Movie 3 trailer. I feel like I'm stating the obvious, but the more I watch the trailer on repeat the more it really starts to speak to me. No, not because the logo resembles the SA2 logo with Sonic's quills on top and Shadow's on the bottom, or the Robotnik laugh at the end. But the atmosphere and the music of the trailer ...
May 14, 2022 · Tom and Maddie are freed by the gang as Sonic wraps Robotnik in one of Tails’ tase nets. Metal Sonic jetpacks into the air and doesn’t appear again. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Tom, Maddie and now Amy, power bump to end the movie. In the post credits scene, GUN lands on an alien planet revealed to be Sonic’s home planet.
