For example, "Those sweets were nice, but we shouldn't have eaten them all at once", or "You have 20 days leave annually, but cannot take them all at once". Here, it means "all together", "in a batch" i.e. "all as one unit" which doesn't have a connotation of quickly.

I would not say anything like this, but be sure to explain who you are, why you are writing and how you got the person's email address (if it is not publicly available). If you were to say something like this, it is not correctly phrased. There is no such thing as "a mail." It's an e-mail. "Sudden" is not the correct word either.
