Jul 29, 2021 · Yesterday the CDC released new guidance on masks. The new rules call for everyone to wear masks whether vaccinated or not. This is based on secret data that the CDC has thus far refused to release (citing "CDC COVID-19 Response Team, unpublished data, 2021").
The first picture shows the gate in the 'open' position (as though a race had started). You can see the start switch in the foreground. In this second picture, you see the gate in the 'ready' position with the gate up or closed and the switch engaged.
More and more utilities are moving to "smart meters" that allow reading information without having to physically access the meter. Orem city just moved to smart water meters last year. And Rocky Mountain Power has been using smart power meters for several years.

But let's not forget, if masks worked we would have crushed this virus the last time we went through this charade. If masks stopped the virus, we wouldn't need an untested, experimental vaccine. The "vaccine" wont stop the virus (according to CDC's unpublished data).
