  10. Oct 8, 2024 · Messages. 1,040. For the past 3 days theres been an early morning revenue block on the ungated platforms at Paddington (looks like its aimed at the 0703 arrival from Bristol). Not sure how its fully enforced when the platforms are a permitted walk way between different parts of the station and the platforms give access to the bike racks.
