Keeping up with changes in society, Workers’ Party has again, since after 2001, undergone another important phase. With more post-65ers joining the party and participating actively, the party is rejuvenated with new ideas and renewed energy.
Objects. 4. (1) To organise and maintain a political party to give effect to the three-fold principle of Merdeka, Parliamentary Democracy and Socialism. (2) To prevent the exploitation of Singapore and its people. (3) To protect and defend Singapore’s sovereignty and independence.
The Workers’ Party offers you the chance to vote for a good candidate from other than the ruling party. If no one stands against the ruling party, you lose your chance to vote and to choose your Member of Parliament or government. We offer you a choice and thereby preserve democracy for Singapore. D.
