On September 2018, Chef Kang has opened Chef Kang's Noodle House, a hawker stall located in the canteen of Jackson Square, Toa Payoh. This Noodle House is selling Wanton Mee where the noodles used are specially imported bamboo pole ”jook sing” type, from Hong Kong, without the strong alkaline taste.
Chef Kang has opened Prawn Noodle House at Toa Payoh, an air-conditioned shop space at the foot of a HDB block. It is just a street away from his Wanton Mee stall. There are two dishes served at Chef Kang's Prawn Noodle House.
