Singapore Passenger Departure Fee of $10 per person, applicable for trips departing from Harbourfront Centre or Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. Batam Terminal Fee of Rp100,000 or $10 per person, applicable to trips departing from Batam Centre, Sekupang and Waterfront.
Failure to check in or no-show or failure to board the ferry will result in loss of the fare and surcharge.However, passengers are entitled to apply for a refund of the terminal fee(s) paid.
