Apr 21, 2020 · Underground coverage is non-existent, but generally fair reception otherwise. Underground cannot, else quite good, sometimes signal quality is better than m1. TPG has good coverage except underground. Nothing to complain. No idea about in Singapore, but TPG has a pretty bad reputation in Australia.
Jul 15, 2022 · Zero1 Starter Plan ($6.90 for 6GB/month) - It comes with unlimited basic internet if you exceed the 6GB and it's under Singtel network so coverage is good. redONE Amazing8 ($8 for 5GB/month) - It comes with unlimited basic internet and the data can be used in either SG or Malaysia. Good if you travel to Malaysia frequently.
Jan 20, 2023 · When they were still TPG, I was at their service centre at Orchard Central. BF had got a number when they were handing out sim cards for free (for a year) and he needed to start paying subscription fees. The queue was long and service was slow. We saw at least 2 different groups of customers getting angry and shouting loudly.
If you want to call with TPG you either need a VoLTE phone or you need to use their dedicated dialer app. Circles works okay if you are in well-populated areas. It’s 4G works pretty well even as mobile hotspot. However, it may not work in lifts sometimes, unlike StarHub (was an ex-user).

Feb 16, 2022 · SD1 VoLTE not working TPG Singapore. I've got an unlocked AT&T SD1, currently using TPG SIM in Singapore. I've enabled VoLTE but am unable to make or receive calls. After attempting to make a call, my phone will disconnect from the mobile network for a period of time before reconnecting. This is displayed as "x" on top of the mobile signal icon.
Jul 2, 2020 · The only way to contact their customer service is to email them support AT tpgmobile DOT sg. I haven't emailed them before so I don't know what their service levels are yet. So far, I am still not billed by them despite having converted to their paid plan in late May. Not complaining though since I am enjoying free mobile data. 2. 1M ...
Dec 22, 2020 · WARNING: TPG Payment practices. Discussion. Hi, For anyone who has not cancelled their TPG trial, or who opted to continue like I did, beware. TLDR: TPG system is faulty and gave me an erroneous message that the credit card details was not present. DO NOT top up wallet amount, because that's considered a free donation to TPG.
