May 6, 2023 · Nestled in the barracks of Singapore’s Dempsey Hill where the nutmeg plantations once stood tall, The Dempsey Project is a cafe and restaurant that refuses to be put in a rigid box, simply because, no matter when you walk in and who with, you are stepping into a place that feels just right.
In February 2022, it offers a special Lebanese menu on Wednesday evenings which features dishes like mezze, kibbeh, kofta, falafel and shawarma. The Dempsey Project is one of the many restaurants at Dempsey Hill Singapore. It occupies the space that was previously known as Jones the Grocer.
The Dempsey Project’s introduction of “sundown platters” has kind of made us rethink that. Called Aperitivo, the new attraction by The Dempsey Project is available every Monday and Tuesday from 4pm and you can look forward to a menu of drinks and platters.
