Sep 12, 2020 · Chatterbox opened in 1971 and has serving their world famous chicken rice ever since. It underwent a major reno in 2022 as part of Hilton takeover of the old Mandarin Hotel. It is much brighter and fresher. The tables are more spaced out and feels... like a proper restaurant rather than a cafe/diner setup.
