Feb 7, 2022 · Over the course of 6months, the mobo died 4 times. Yea it was under warranty so no charge, but its a bloody hassle trying to get them down to fix it. Not even a fussy person when it comes to TV, but a complete dead TV 4 times in 6months was enough. Also alot of connection issues thru wifi AND lan.

Nov 14, 2019 · 2nd TV - Could not turn on TV with remote or the button at the back of the TV, there's a red indicator. Problem happened after 2 weeks. Prism replaced a few days later.
In 2018, CenturyLink stopped offering Prism TV to new customers. Instead, CenturyLink it began promoting DirecTV for new customers. In late 2020, CenturyLink began the process of discontinuing Prism TV completely starting in Minnesota and Nevada.
