Oct 27, 2023 · Best method is go website and queue in the chat, sure way to get a customer support agent unless the chat disconnects you which is more likely if u use the chat through their m1+ app then you need to queue again.
Oct 17, 2023 · Even their 1627 cust service is operated by AI now. Before that we can easily press 1 press 2 to talk to customer service. Now you need to speak to AI for what you want
