Nov 28, 2022 · Uncle Ringo was started by Joyce’s father, Lee Woon Chiang, in 1984. The iconic travelling carnival operator is a frequent sight at pasar malams – a colloquial term for Singapore’s local night bazaars – and is well-loved by children and adults alike.
The carnival is back in town! Starting this Good Friday weekend, join the Uncle Ringo Carnival 2021 at Punggol’s Social Innovation Park starting on 2 April.
Mar 29, 2021 · Uncle Ringo has reopened for business and is now situated at 50 Punggol East. It’ll be there every Thursday to Sunday, from 5pm to 9pm. Due to the pandemic, Singapore’s very own heartland carnival had to cease operations in March 2020.
