    Changi Terminal 1

    Check-in is located on level two of Terminal 1. Most of the flights that depart from Changi T1 go to regional destinations. Airlines that depart from Terminal 1 include (but are not limited to) Jetstar, AirAsia and Emirates. Having been recently upgraded, the Terminal 1 in Changi Airport now boasts a greater selection of dining, shopping and relaxation options. Be sure to check out the Cactus Garden featuring over 100 species of cacti and arid plants located on the rooftop.

    Changi Terminal 2

    Check-in is located on level two of Terminal 2. The majority of flights departing from Changi T2 go towards regional and medium-haul destinations. Most of the airlines that operate out of Terminal 2 include (but are not limited to) SilkAir, Scoot, Tigerair, Malaysia Airlines and Etihad Airways. While at Terminal 2 of the Changi Airport, head down to the Entertainment Deck and enjoy a game or two on the Xbox 360 and Kinect stations there. There is also a movie theatre and an MTV booth.

    Changi Terminal 3

    Check-in is located on level two of Terminal 3. Most flights that are operated out of Changi T3 go towards longer-haul destinations. Some of the airlines that operate out of Terminal 3 include (but are not limited to) Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, EVA Air, ANA and Vietnam Airlines. Looking for something interesting to do?     To avoid unnecessary delays, Changi Airport recommends arriving at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time for check in.

    Changi Airport by car

    Taxis are available at the taxi stands of each terminal on the arrival level. A ride into the city should cost approximately S$20 to S$30 and take around 30 minutes. Limousines and larger taxis (with a fixed fare) can also be arranged alternatively at the airport. Uber and Grab are also widely-utilised alternatives to public taxis.

    Changi Airport by train

    It is fairly easy and fuss-free to get to the Changi Airport from the city on the MRT, Singapore's local train service. Directly connected to Terminal 3 of the airport, the train will take you to the airport in approximately 45 minutes – just transfer to the east-bound train at Tanah Merah station.     Changi Airport by bus

    If you are thinking about shuttling between the Changi Airport and city by bus, you will have to take the public bus service 36 (or 36A). The first bus leaves the terminals (bus stops are located at the basement bus bays of each terminal) at 6:00 am and the journey lasts approximately 60 minutes to the city.
