Registration may be done at the Visitor Registration Counters at the ward lobbies, or you may skip the queue by registering your visit online.
In line with the Ministry of Health’s guidelines on precautionary measures, Changi General Hospital has revised its visiting guidelines. From 1 March 2024, 2 visitors are allowed at the patient’s bedside at any one time during visiting hours.

The waiting time depends on various factors including the seriousness of a patient's medical condition and the number of patients at the Emergency Department. If your condition has been assessed to require urgent medical attention at triage, you will be attended to earlier.
