There will be a new WAITING ROOM feature and will take effect in Stage 1 of the 20-21 July 2024 RES examination. There is no change to Stage 2 of the registration process.

The duration of each paper is 2½ hours. With effect from 2023, the format of both Paper 1 and Paper 2 is as follows: Section A : 60 MCQs (60 marks)

The RES Examination Syllabus is prepared in the context of local laws, rules and regulations governing estate agency work and practices, and the buying/selling/leasing of HDB flats and private residential, commercial and industrial properties in Singapore.

Stage 1: Indication of Interest (15 to 16 Feb 2022) Register your interest as early as possible as applicants will be shortlisted on a first-come, first-served basis.
