SIMBA probably has the worst customer service of all Singapore telcos. They give automated replies directing people to FAQs that are unrelated to the customer's problems and keep the customer in the same mindless loop even after repeated attempts to contact them.

My family also recently switched to SIMBA and you can opt for the sim card to sent via SingPost to your letter box.
