Manage your ticket. You can manage your ticket by using the following form, filling in with the PNR or Ticket code and the email used for the purchase. If you bought your ticket without being registered, you can retrieve your ticket filling in your name, surname and Code for retrieving the purchase (CRA) that appears on the post -payment page.

It was established in 2000 following a European Union directive on the deregulation of rail transport.
