To over simplify a response, it comes down to how often you are going to dine out at an Accor property - that's where the Advantage Plus has real benefits at 50% discount. If you're more likely to stay in hotels rather than dine, I'd suggest IHG Ambassador membership.

Membership to the Accor Plus programme essentially comes in three tiers.
Just so that it's clear to future travellers considering the program, Accor Advantage Plus, and their loyalty based programs, are a separate entity to Accor Hotels. Yes, they represent a loyalty product bearing their name, yes, they should have better service standards, but they do not operate under the same management as the hotels.
In my opinion AccorPlus, formerly known as Accor Advantage Plus, is best suited to couples who are flexible in terms of travel dates, like to stay in quality accommodation and travel frequently, especially to popular destinations.
