Used to love this game years ago. The artstyle is top tier, the story was also solid, many characters were well written but my favourite part is the interaction I had with my guild mates. Our guild was extremely active and the chat was always full of people.
The BL is pretty an entire league of pvp content that's tuned towards new players only. So you're not going to be facing overpowered players (much) while you're there. The BL lasts as long as the compensation period, so after four weeks, you'll be bumped up to the normal league. This league is active for arena, world boss, and weekly league.

Do your daily quest, and also reset your daily dungeons. For new players you can focus on Runes, seven emperors, and character enhance dungeons. I wouldn't really recommend resetting them until you can do Myth, but that's your choice.
Thank god Dragon Blaze 2 isn't a idle game like the first game. Also interesting to see the gameplay is going to be similar to echoes of mana while adventuring.
