Shambolic, disorganised, incommunicative, unfair then rude. The experience was a huge disappointment from start to finish for a not insignificantly priced 10th birthday party. The check in and arbritrary rules were painful. The session started 45 mins late due to the preceeding rain flurry.

The waiting room is air-conditioned and other information regarding the Karting Arena, you could easily get it from the website itself. Oh, the washroom is within the vicinity but quite a distance to walk to, probably about 3-5 minutes walk.

Went to the karting arena with a group of friends for a birthday party! We had a great time on the track, Karting really brings out the competition in everyone! The process from entry till getting on the track was smooth and the staff were friendly and fun , the price was a great range for our group.
