If you are holding a NTUC card, NTUC Link Credit/ Debit Card or nEBO card, follow the step-by-step-guide below to cancel your NTUC Union membership: Go to NTUC’s “ Manage your membership ” page and click on the “Ask Nicole” chatbot icon on the bottom right.
Step 1: Launch the app and tap on your account on the top left of the screen. Step 2: Under membership, tap on Digital Club. Step 3: Tap on Manage membership. Step 4: Tap on cancel membership and fill up the survey form. You can cancel your Digital Club membership at any time.
