All appeals are to be submitted to the Traffic Police via this e-service portal. The Traffic Police will not entertain walk- in appeals or appeals through email or post. The Traffic Police will only accede to appeals with extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies) and with supporting documentary proof.

Oct 24, 2016 · From 1 November 2016, members of public who wish to appeal for their traffic offences can do so online via Singapore Police Force’s (SPF) e-services. With the Traffic e-Appeals Portal in place, Traffic Police will no longer accept walk-in appeals on traffic offences.
