Nagasawa Masahiko. 1965年2月28日秋田県大館市生まれ早稲田大学政治経済学部卒業後CM制作会社を経て映画製作会社ディレクターズカンパニーで井筒和幸監督に師事。 その後、プロデューサーとして井筒監督の『突然炎のごとく』 ('93)、岩井俊二監督の『Undo』 ('94)『Love Letter』 ('95)『PICNIC』 ('95)、三枝健起監督『MISTY』 ('97)などの制作に関わり、篠原哲雄監督の『はつ恋』('00/田中麗奈・真田広之・原田美枝子他出演)のオリジナル脚本を執筆。 2001年『ココニイルコト』で映画監督デビュー。 同作で、ヨコハマ映画祭新人監督賞、毎日映画コンクールスポニチ新人賞、藤本賞新人賞などを受賞。
