The fish transform from pests to predators when human growth hormones are dumped into the local lake in the hopes of reviving the local fishing industry.
A group of mutated snakehead fish terrorize a small town after being exposed to human growth hormones in a lake. The sheriff, a marine biologist, and some teenagers try to stop the carnage and find the source of the hormones.
