Sep 28, 2023 · First of all, Deadpool is a very atypical hero, just as he was a very atypical villain. He does his heroics with unusual brutality and doesn’t embody the virtues a superhero should represent. He does things for a good cause, but that’s about it, really.

Deadpool is not that good of a supervillain due to his clear lack of motivation and goal. Due to his mental instability, it’s hard to perceive him as purely evil.
As mentioned earlier, Deadpool is best classified as an anti-hero. But what exactly does that mean? An anti-hero is a central character who lacks the traditional qualities of a hero. They might be flawed, make morally ambiguous choices, or even exhibit traits typically associated with villains.

- Thanos. Considering that Thanos made Deadpool immortal, it stands to reason that he would be one Deadpool weaknesses. The Eternal Titan's love for Lady Death is well known throughout the multiverse, and it was only because he didn't want there to be any possibility of Deadpool becoming close with Death that he made him immortal.
- Kids. Deadpool's one of the most violent characters Marvel has, but that doesn't mean that the hero doesn't have a soft side. The Merc knows very little about his own father and mother, but he knows that he didn't have the best childhood.
- Cows, Clowns and Other Phobias. Deadpool is easily one of the most powerful characters Marvel has. The fast-talking gunman seems almost fearless on the battlefield, but in reality, there's a lot that scares the Merc with the Mouth.
- Wolverine. Deadpool and Wolverine have more in common than they'd like to admit. Both were part of life-altering, superpowers-gifting experiments, and both are also expert martial artists.
Deadpool is a mercenary, first and foremost. If the money is good enough, he'll do just about anything from walking little old ladies across the street to global apocalypse. Aug 20, 2019 · Deadpool fits much more comfortably in the anti-hero role. He fights bad guys but doesn’t adhere to the same rules and regulations most heroes do. Most notably, he kills.
Jan 27, 2016 · Deadpool is an anti-hero to the core, but in his heart he's a good guy (most of the time). While he has killed hundreds of people and constantly torments those closest to him, Deadpool has shown great compassion in brief, intimate moments.
