When a new user is setting up mfa through https://aka.ms/mfasetup it only has options for Authenticator app or Phone, even though the MultiFactor Authentication Service Settings have all options set.

When you use that link, it defaults you to the "Virtual Agent" "A.I." (Artificial Idiot) support, which is useless for all but only the most trivial problems.

Mar 26, 2020 · The blue screen recommends to try my work account at aka.ms/aadrecoverykey, I only saw my profile, nothing there. I then searched some online information, and tried my microsoft account, I do see my work laptop as one of devices, but I couldn't find the recoverykey for it.
