Auverland is a French company that produces military and civilian vehicles, formerly known as Panhard. It was founded in 1980 and acquired by Renault Trucks Defense in 2012.

It is also designated as Auverland A4 AVL (Armoured Vehicle Light). Built by Auverland, it is one of the successors to the Peugeot P4. It's intended mostly as personnel carrier, weapon carrier, and for reconnaissance, detection and communications purposes.
The layout of the Auverland A3 SL armoured personnel carrier is conventional, with the engine compartment at the front and the crew compartment at the rear. The all-welded steel hull provides the crew with protection against attack from 7.62 mm ball small arms fire.
