Our History The Media Policy Center is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization founded in 2003 by producer/directors Harry Wiland and Dale Bell, whose individual projects have won an Academy Award, five Emmys, a Peabody, two Christopher’s, and two Cine Golden Eagles, among numerous other accolades.
