    David L. Crowley (born 26 March 1945; age 79) is an English actor who appeared as a worker in the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "Phantasms".

    Crowley had a recurring role as Lou Welch in the first two seasons of Babylon 5, during which he co-starred with fellow Star Trek actors Mary Kay Adams, Robert Rusler, Michael Ansara, Jane Carr, Art Chudabala, Jeffrey Combs, Andreas Katsulas, Bill Mumy, Mark Rolston, Carel Struycken, Keith Szarabajka, Beth Toussaint, and Paul Winfield.
