EB games new ship from store program is an absolute failure compared to JB Hi-Fi's. JB's ship from store program actually works. Half of my Items in one order have been cancelled, still being charged $11 for shipping though. (JB's online clearance sale last year was way more successful).
JB Hi Fi sells games much much cheaper than EB. At times they would sell 10 dollars cheaper (witcher 3 is a great example) to a few dollars cheaper. Jun 19, 2010 · If it's brand new, then the answer is no you can't get a refund. There are no refund on all opened software at either EB, BB, or FS in Canada. They will only exchange the software if it's defective, but that's it. They do this to prevent people from buying games, copy them, and then refund them. Nov 16, 2020 · Milton. Game Pass Ultimate at $29.99 for 3 months [$119.96/yr or $9.99/mo] is a great deal. Of course, I assume the vast majority of people on here are still enjoying their XBL GPU upgrade's until 2022 so this won't be enticing. For those whom didn't because they used a trial by mistake or whatever the reason, this is a very good deal.

EB games are always full RRP and get lower trade in prices than other stores. Go to a place such as Game Rush (Blockbuster) and you will always get the game for around $30 less and most likely double the trade in price of EB (you also get 25% extra when trading more than four games).
