But new-found (and it definitely should be hyphenated) can be used in this form as a compound adjective. So, it describes grace, and means 'newly discovered'. I don't think grace in this lyric means 'gracefulness – elegance of movement/manner).

If you want to avoid the repetition of "Thanks," it's much easier to change the first part of your statement. E.g., Much appreciated, David!
