Hatsuhiko Tsuji (Japanese: 辻 発彦, Hepburn: Tsuji Hatsuhiko, born October 24, 1958) is a former Nippon Professional Baseball player and manager. During his playing career he was well known as a skillful second baseman.
Hatsuhiko Tsuji was a nine-time All-Star second baseman in Nippon Pro Baseball. After high school, Tsuji played for Nihon Tsuun in Japan's industrial leagues. The Seibu Lions took him in the second round in 1983.
