Joined: Aug 2006. Previously HLB had pretty good FD rates, not quite so anymore, but solely based on that, I'd say HLB, because of their EFD. TBH, I think the only good PBB has over the others is that they usually offer better housing loan rates. Card PM.

Nov 2, 2009 · Joined: Aug 2008. last thursday after 6pm is the next working day clearance. usually local cheq takes 2 working days. meaning the cheq will reflect as available fund in yr account on tuesday morning. Added on November 2, 2009, 5:41 pm also if outstation cheq will takes up to 3 days clearance.
