The story of Kala Bazaar revolves around two friends Kimtilal and Girdharilal. Both of them work as clerks in the same government office and draw the same salary. Girdharilal was fulfilling his personal and family needs from his salary. But Kimtilal an overambitious man was infected by the corruption disease.
