Ken Diego has been a director on Sesame Street since 1993, who has directed various segments and specials including a number of Elmo's World segments. He also directed the planetarium show, One World, One Sky: Big Bird's Adventure, and the live stage show A Swingin' Sesame Street Celebration. His other credits include serving as associate director for numerous concert specials such as Live By Request, and the television version of the From the Top radio program.
In 2006, Diego won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Directing in a Children's Series, along with Victor DiNapoli, Lisa Simon, Jim Martin, Ted May, Emily Squires and Kevin Clash.
