  1. Lew Marshall was an American animator, writer, producer, and director. He worked on MGM's Tom and Jerry theatrical shorts directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, then went to work at their own studio, Hanna-Barbera. Marshall died in 2002, at the age of 80.
