Ted Carroll, head of Chiswick Records, organised a one-off re-union concert at The Roundhouse on 13 July 1975, featuring all five previous major members of the group (released in 1982 as Live at the Roundhouse 1975). [1] Following this concert, Wallis, Sanderson and Hunter gave the Pink Fairies another try.
Feb 15, 2007 · Fans have demanded many Pink Fairies reunions over the years. One legendary one was their 1975 Roundhouse gig in London; here's the recording of that plus their 1978 EP and their 1984 LP Previously Unreleased.
After three noisy, psychedelic albums and a U.S. tour, Farren exited to become a music journalist and the remaining Deviants returned to London, where they recruited vocalist and former Pretty Things drummer Twink (born John Alder), who suggested the name Pink Fairies.
