I know that PRS recommends a quality furniture polish, not guitar polish for nitro - but what about cleaning before the polish?

Dec 30, 2023 · Jan 7, 2024. #7. How good they are is hard to answer objectively, but I’d say it’s the standout SE model. All PRS guitars are built well and built to last so no worries there. Paul’s guitar is special because obviously it’s Paul’s personal preference and as such it’s not necessarily designed for a target buyer group.
Dec 11, 2020 · The Nuts on SE's have been greatly panned as being inadequate, and it the source of many threads regarding tuning issues. That being said, If you buy an SE buy a new Black TUSQ XL PRS & Ibanez Style Electric Guitar Nut 43 X 6 PT-6643-00 or real Bone Nut in the right size for the neck of the guitar.

May 13, 2022 · In January of 2020, PRS posted a video titled "TCI Pickups with Paul Reed Smith." This is the first full communication from PRS about TCI being a process. Paul mentions how inductance and capacitance combine to create a whistle/note, and that they are trying to approach pickups now by targeting that note.
Apr 24, 2024 · It's a default pickup set of mine. I preferred the Wolfetone Marshallhead/DrV and DW tomahawks. The 5909 in my core Cu24 have been my favorite so far. But really dig the DW Tomahawks in my seCu24. Typically my favorite PRS combo is 5708 or 5815LT neck and 5909 or 5708 bridge. But in the Cu24 prefer the 5909 or DW.

I don't have a problem playing .011s, but right now my guitars are set up for .010s, so that's what I use.
