Perfect Rivals. Hao Han Bakkwa is Chen Hao's family store and he makes tasty bakkwa the traditional way with the help of his two sons. However, they struggle to survive against fierce competition from Mei Mei Bakkwa, a corporate-run chain store that mass-produces bakkwa on the assembly line.
Perfect Rivals. Share. Once lovers, but now enemies... On the same street where the smell of barbeque meat lingers and two feuding familes threaten, Chen Hao and Mei Mei are two rival Bak Kwa sellers who constantly scheme to get the better of the other in their business.
Synopsis. Based upon an urban legend of 2 rivalling bak kwa shops, "Hao Han Bak Kwa" and "Mei Mei Bak Kwa". The founders of these two stores however, Zeng Mei Mei (Irene Ang) and Chen Hao (Ha Yu), used to be lovers, yet, turned against each other for their own personal, selfish reasons.
