Il Presente si usa per esprimere: Azioni al presente o abituali. Oggi mangio la pasta. Tutte le mattina mangio un cornetto con la marmellata. Nella lingua parlata, si utilizza anche per esprimere un’azione che sta per accadere, quando è presente un’espressione di tempo nella frase: Arrivo domani pomeriggio. Ceniamo insieme venerdì prossimo?
