Jan 4, 2023 · If you've been wanting an electric eye massager I highly recommend them! I got one for Christmas and love to use it at the end of the day. It has Bluetooth so I listen to a podcast of music or whatever. Here is my routine: Warm compress eyes. Add drops or gel into eyes. Relax through 1 or 2 15 minute cycles of the eye massager with warming on.

The safety recall is not a joke. Flashes, floaters, reduced vision, shimmers, shadows, curtains, this and that, that and this -- pretty much slowly going blind.
Jun 21, 2023 · Exactly! Go to an eye doctor that specializes in vision therapy, they look at more than just your basic eye tests. Vision therapy is the key to having a computer job if you have severe eye strain. Our eyes are muscles and keeping them exercised/and or taking care of any Convergence insufficiency through vision therapy is key.
