The Heart Works is a collection of personal works written over the span of several years. The book was published in August of 2017 in paperback and e-book formats, and the audiobook was released in March of 2018. "The book began as a journaling exercise for me in 2014.

I’ve performed overseas, on stages across North America, and on Broadway in Disney’s The Lion King. When Covid shut down Broadway for over a year, I took that as the perfect opportunity to make a needed and desired shift in my life and I moved to LA.
