Warren Cooke lives and works on the Western Port side of Mornington Peninsula, a unique coastal region that forms the genesis of his work. Engaging with the ever-shifting spaces of transition between land, sea and sky, Cooke develops reduction woodcuts to create multilayered artworks.
About Warren Cooke. I create artworks about the landscapes in which I live or have lived in the past. Some feelings from distant memories drive me to re-visit places where I grew up; to rediscover parts of my life.
