William "Tulsa Jack" Blake (c. 1859 - April 4, 1895) was an American outlaw of the Old West, and member of the Wild Bunch gang.
William “Tulsa Jack” Blake was an outlaw who rode with Bill Doolin and the Oklahombres in Oklahoma. Blake was born to Samuel Lee and Mary Etta Elkins Blake in about 1859. His parents were known to have lived in Missouri, but William’s birthplace is unknown.

Nov 7, 2023 · William Blake participated in many bank and train robberies and played a key role in the gang's shootout with the US Marshals in Ingalls, Oklahoma. During the shootout, there were three Deputy Marshals killed, which allowed the gang to escape.

On September 1, 1893, a posse organized by the new U.S. Marshal, Evett Dumas "E.D." Nix, entered the outlaw town of Ingalls with the intent to capture the gang. In what would be remembered as the Battle of Ingalls, three of the fourteen lawmen were killed in the gunfire. Two town citizens also died; one was killed protecting the outlaws.
The five outlaws in on the robbery that night were William Blake, known as "Tulsa Jack", Charlie Pierce, George "Bitter Creek" Newcomb, "Little Bill" Raidler, and George "Red Buck" Waightman. All were members of the notorious Bill Doolin gang.
