Chevron, Air Liquide, Keppel Infrastructure, and PetroChina have signed a memorandum of understanding to form a consortium to explore carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration (CCUS) technologies and infrastructure in Singapore. The consortium aims to support the decarbonization of the energy and chemicals sector and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.
